#100 Metal Frame Stacking Chair

Durability

• The #100 frame is built to last. It has a metal cross bar across the top for strength. This stabilizes the chair and keeps screws from popping out and helps to secure the welds.
• We place 3 screws on each side of the vertical back bar instead of just 2. We place the screws closer to the bottom to secure the back to keep it from moving.
• We also place 6 screws on the seat bottom to keep secure. Four screws are standard.

• Plywood is used on the back and seat(not particle board). The thickness of the plywood on both the seats and back is 5/8 inch. Most companies use 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick wood.
• The frame consists of 18 gauge square tubing. Legs and back braces are 1 inch and the cross braces are 3/4 inch.
• Three welds on each side to join the seat and back together instead of only too.

• Seats consists of 3 inch thick, high-density foam.
• Front of seat foam is round to provide comfort to backside of calves.
• The #100 chair has a lower seat height than most chairs. This allows the feet of most adults to touch the floor.
• The #100 chair back is a full 21 inches high from the seat to the top of the back. The back has 2 inch thick lumbar shaped foam to provide the maximum comfort.

• Seats and backs are closed to prevent items and small feet from falling through.
• Chairs are stackable up to five(5) high without under seat bookrack.
• Fabric is tucked rather than sewn so there is no thread to come loose. Chairs can be easily reupholstered.
